Registration for the 2025 CAPANA Annual Conference is Now Open!
Deadline: June 20, 2025
To register, please complete the following steps:
Step 1: Complete the information survey.
Step 2: Pay your registration fee by clicking the appropriate PayPal link below.
The registration fee covers full access to all conference sessions and the following:
- Day 1: Two refreshment breaks, lunch, and the Gala dinner
- Day 2: One refreshment break and lunch

Note: When submitting your payment via PayPal, please enter your official email address in the “What is this payment for?” field. All registration fees will be processed through CAPANA’s official PayPal account, managed by the CAPANA Treasurer, Prof. Zeqiong Huang (Yale University).
About CAPANA Membership
CAPANA is a not-for-profit organization, and the conference is organized entirely by volunteers as a service to the academic community. We highly encourage you to support the organization by becoming a member. Membership involves a one-time fee of USD 120, which helps sustain CAPANA and keeps future events affordable. Receipts
Receipts for conference registration will be emailed to your official email address around June 25, 2025. No refunds will be made after June 20th, 2025.
